How much of your life is actually yours?

Hi, I'm Malleeka

Pronounced Maa-Lee-ka

I've lived the highs of achievement - building startups, chasing big dreams, and reaching milestones that looked impressive from the outside. But behind the success was exhaustion, burnout, and a quiet sense that none of it was bringing me closer to myself.

What I eventually learned - through years of my own somatic work, breathwork, and sitting with the parts of myself I had been outrunning - is that the stuff that keeps us stuck doesn't live in our thinking. It lives in the body. In the nervous system. In the patterns we absorbed before we were old enough to question them.

That's where the real work is. And that's what I do with the people I work with. Now, I support my clients not just in their work or goals, but in the deeper transitions of identity, meaning, and self.

In 2024, an unexpected trip to Bali led me to somatic work, nervous system work, and coaching in a way I hadn't experienced before.

Today, I bring together coaching, Internal Family Systems, nervous system regulation, and breathwork to help ambitious people who feel burned out, disconnected, or tangled in cultural expectations. My work isn't about fixing - it's about creating space for honesty, presence, and a return to the Self that has always been there.

This isn't just my profession.
It's the path I walk every day.

How I Got Here

My path has been shaped by ambition, burnout, and the search for something deeper. Through meditation, therapy, breathwork, and coaching, I began to see and release the patterns that kept me stuck.

2014–2019

Chasing Validation Through Startups

I started my first company at the age of 18. For the majority of my early twenties I was working on various startup ideas, manifesting, pushing, and dreaming big - but beneath it all I was still chasing the same hit of external validation, trying to prove I was enough.

2020

Realizing Therapy Alone Wasn't Enough

Therapy entered my life. Cognitive work gave me insight, but mostly it fed my tendency to intellectualize. I analyzed myself into circles and realized awareness wasn't the same as change.

2021

Achieving Success but Feeling Empty and Disconnected

I built and sold my tech startup, expecting happiness to follow. Instead, I felt burnt out, disconnected, and still hungry for more. I had wealth, influence, and opportunity. Inside, I was empty. The breakup of a long-term relationship cracked me further, forcing me to face who I was without another company or person to define me.

2022–2023

Seeing the Patterns and Planting Seeds for Change

I kept climbing while consulting for a Fortune 100 company, but still felt increasingly hollow. Even as opportunities expanded, I couldn't shake the sense that I was moving further away from myself. So I turned to more meditation, biohacking, and spiritual teachings. I began to glimpse how my cultural conditioning and old patterns of proving were still running my life.

2024

Turning Towards Somatic Work and a New Path

What I thought would be my next big empire collapsed when my cofounder quit. I booked a one-way ticket to Bali and stumbled into a somatic breathwork training. What started as an experiment became a lifeline. Breathwork, coaching, and body-based practices gave me a way to meet myself and support others more deeply than I ever had through business.

2025–2026

Choosing Rest, Fulfilment and Purpose Over Hustle

I chose to pause. To rest. To stop running on the treadmill of ambition. I packed up my life in Toronto, moved toward solitude, and gave myself permission to slow down. Along the way, I shed all old identities and walked through a series of ego deaths that reshaped my relationship with success. Now I live a slow life and do work that is truly fulfilling every single day.

Ways of working

The tools I
draw upon

Behavioural Neuroscience

Your responses aren't random - they're shaped by how your nervous system learned to keep you safe. I use polyvagal theory to map how your body moves between safety, stress, and shutdown, and help you build the internal stability to respond to life with more presence, rather than reactivity.

IFS Psychotherapy

The parts of you that overthink, shut down, or react quickly aren't problems to fix - they're trying to protect you. Through IFS, I help you get to know these parts without judgment, so you can relate to yourself with more compassion and respond from a place that feels calmer and more integrated.

Psychological Change Science

Knowing why you do something doesn't always change it. With these cognitive psychological methods, I use behavioral and neuroscientific principles to support shifts that go beyond awareness and into lived changes in habits. Change happens when insight is practiced in real time.

Somatic Sensory Processing

Your body often registers things before your mind makes sense of them. I help you learn how to read those signals - the tension, contraction, and subtle shifts - so you can use them as real-time guidance rather than override them. Over time, this builds a deeper sense of trust in your body, so you can respond from awareness instead of habit.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

This practice works directly with the body, helping access and release tension that has been held beneath conscious awareness. Dropping you in the body's felt sensations to bypass the thinking mind and access the subconscious. It allows shifts in states of consciousness and often brings a level of clarity that thinking alone doesn't reach.

Tailored Meditative Practices

Meditation isn't one-size-fits-all. The practice needs to match your current capacity and nervous system state. I use eastern contemplative approaches to help you train attention and develop a quality of inner stillness that makes it easier to hear your own direction. We adjust the practice as you change, so it supports where you are.
